Clear top-fermented beer in Blonde Ale style, brewed with Pils’ italian barley malt at zero km process. Slightly cloudy, very persistent white foam. Sweet at first, thanks to the fine Saaz hops from the Czech Republic and the US Cascade. Slightly bitter at the end, typical of the traditional German Hallertau Magnum hops. The generous cold hopping gives it a mild but lasting aroma.
